We are a family interior architecture, design, and build business, run by Anne and Steve Gleed.


What makes us different? We provide the technical vision and construction expertise to manage your project from the very first line drawn on a page to the final finishing touch. We offer a full turnkey service that begins with detailed spatial planning and architectural drawings. Whether it’s reconfiguring a floor plan, designing structural changes, or producing technical layouts for building works, we handle the complexities of the planning phase to ensure your project is grounded in sound design.


The relationship we build with you is the foundation of our work. By managing the architectural changes and planning process in-house, we ensure a more harmonious project and a stress-free experience for our clients, leading to amazing, cohesive end results.


Sustainability is at the heart of our practice. We endeavour to use local trades and suppliers while sourcing renewable materials, creating sustainable interiors that support the South Devon community. Our commitment to the planet is reflected in our work. We use renewable energy sources in our Devon-based design studio and bespoke furniture workshops, striving for an eco-friendly approach without compromising on exquisite, high-end design.

Having recently moved back to the UK after many years living abroad the idea of renovating an old 1904 property while not knowing the area or who to approach to do the work seemed very overwhelming. Anne was quickly able to provide an onsite visit and soon spotted the potential of this beautiful old property, suggesting a new layout that would suit our needs. Anne sourced beautiful pieces to fit our style and budget which allowed us to accommodate our furniture and accessories brought back from Asia. The tradesmen that she brought in were all reliable, professional and above all, lovely people. Anne also discovered a beautiful art nouveau black leaded fireplace which had been hidden under decades of paint and she indulged our wish for an industrial feel kitchen/dining room painstakingly created by her amazing builder. The extensive work of renovating an old property was not without its issues but all were met with practical solutions, can do attitude and with the expertise of experience. SUSTAINABILITY

We are passionate about sustainability. Please get in touch if you are interested in sustainable interiors or a supplier of sustainable interior products. We are really interested if you are a trades person or maker within the South West as we look to use local suppliers

AGI is a family run business, as a family we are working to reduce our carbon footprint. We have substantially reduced our use of plastics by shopping in smaller local shops, reusing bags and tubs for refills of household products. Living rurally and near the sea we are able, where possible to only buy fish from sustainable/local sources and buy vegetables from local suppliers that don't use pesticides. Anne is herself vegan, and we are often asked to source interior items to support a vegan lifestyle.

We are renovating our own barn into a family home, making it super insulated and run on renewable energy. As a business we have a PHEV part electric car, that is powered by solar energy and will look to change over vans to electric in the future.

Our Devon based bespoke furniture workshop and design studio is powered by solar panels and heated by air source heat pumps. As our business grows we are looking at ways to offset our carbon emissions, source sustainable material and manufacturers that adopting a sustainable approach.
